Instructional Support

What your media specialist can do for you:

  • Collaboration on research projects and technology integration with databases, apps and other web tools.
  • Books and other materials needed for instruction
  • Online pathfinders/resource guides dedicated to your lesson
  • Information literacy lessons (Common Sense Media)
  • Feel free to request anything else, and we'll see if we can make it happen!

Visitation and Use

Booking the Media  Center

To schedule a class, small group or use of the space, click below.


Student Visitation: 

All students must have a pass to visit the media center independently during instructional hours and will sign in electronically. Upon sign in an email will be sent to the teacher confirming their arrival. 

Borrowing Materials

There is no limit on the on the amount of items for staff check out.  Be sure to check all materials out at the circulation desk and return materials in a timely manner.

Laminating And Poster Printer

Printing: Color and black and white printing is available from all computers in the media center. 

Laminating:  Laminating is done all week during the first week of school. Regular laminating is done on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Label and drop your materials in the laminating box located in the work room. 

Poster Printing:  Is available upon reasonable request.  Email Sara Willoughby with your attachment for poster printing.

Instructional videos are located in the video closet and are available for staff check out.
