BOOKING FORM

Student Visitation: 

All students must have a pass to visit the media center independently during instructional hours and will sign in electronically. Upon sign in an email will be sent to the teacher confirming their arrival. 

Borrowing Materials

There is no limit on the on the amount of items for staff check out.  Browse for resources through our Destiny Catalog or you can request materials by contacting the MC Staff.

Instructional Videos

 

Instructional DVD's are located in the workroom and are available for staff check out.

Laminating And Poster Printer

Printing: Color and black and white printing is available from all computers in the media center. 

Laminating:  Available daily.  Items to be laminated can be dropped off in the media center. 

Poster Printing:  Available upon reasonable request.  Click here to submit your request.
